Singapore Calibration Services Pte Ltd. (SGCS) Founded in 2023, SGCS specializes in comprehensive instrument calibration services. Our capabilities cover tank level gauges, pressure gauges, temperature gauges, transmitters, regulators, valves remote control, OMD, etc., with certified professionals, we provide reliable services at our workshop and across on-site, offshore, and onboard locations.
INSTRUMENTS CALIBRATION SERVICES
1. Pressure Gauge Calibration
To ensure that pressure measurements are accurate and meet standards, the comparison process is carried out in a chain from the highest level of basic pressure realization down to everyday pressure measuring instruments.
2. Temperature Gauge Calibration
Temperature calibration stabilizes the humidity of the sample gas and compares it with a reference standard using a system that includes a dry air source, moisture generator, reference instrument, and manifold.
The manifold is tested in a temperature-controlled environment to determine the relative humidity dew point.
Multimeters are used for calibrating temperature indicators and simulators.
3. Valve Calibration
SGCS provides testing and calibration services for various types of valves, including boiler valves, cargo valves, and pipeline valves.
Functional testing includes pressure, vacuum, and leakage tests. Calibration is performed in accordance with API standards and manufacturer specifications.
4. Hydraulic Valve Actuator Calibration
SGCS provide testing and calibration services for hydraulic and pneumatic actuators.
To ensure the actuators working in good condition after serviced and pressure test.

6. Spare Parts
SGCS supplies spare parts for control valves and pumps based on client requirements.

Available materials and components include PFA, PTFE, V7020, C4430, graphite rings, gland packing, rubber products, seals, and related items.
Terms And Conditions:
The service warranty has to be performed and completed at SGCS laboratory in Singapore.
